Which plugs did you use and did you gap them properly? What did the coil for 1 look like? Any cracks or signs of arcing?

If the misfire is still present, then you didn't fix it.
If the misfire is gone now that you changed the plugs, then go back to the Zone and have them clear the codes. It can take a while for the light to go out by itself.
Get the freeze frame data before they clear the codes.
See if the code comes back.
Compression test.
Swap coils around, see if the miss moves.
Valve adjustment
Valve job
Who knows?
Diagnosis.
