Electrical system shuts down at random

Electrical system shuts down at random Hello everybody, I am having a problem with a Civic LX 2002, mainly while the car is idle (but mostly at a traffic light or stop sign) it shuts down the electrical system for about 1 second, then everything goes back to normal. The engine doesn't turn off, just slows down to about 600 RPM, then goes up to 700/800 RPM.
I took the car to Advance Auto Parts for a quick test and their system says that the alternator is good and the battery is new, also I have checked that all fuses are good.
Also a mechanic checked it out and of course the car didn't fail, so he suggested to take it to the dealer, I called them and to check it out is $110 per hour plus they don't know how long could it take just to diagnose the problem.
I don't know what else could be causing this random shuts down, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
