Stereo/Dash compartment door question...

For a 2002 Honda Civic EX, is there any way to install an after market stereo head unit and still maintain the lower compartment right below the stereo that has the door attached?

I really like the door and clean look and I am hesitant to put in an aftermarket stereo just bc of that. If I could swap out the top radio half and keep the bottom half that would be great?

Anyone been able to do this??

Thanks!

I have this, it's the only one like it I believe. Its pretty good because it you keep the pocket, but your deck sits a little far back into it, not quite flush with the rest of the dash. That aside, its prefect for what you need, and I love having my little compartment.
