well only if you know what 33 ft/lbs feels like. its pretty tight, but not using all your strength. just give it a good tightening with one hand and a standard socket wrench. so long as it is tight and does not leak, youre good.

maybe its time you invest in a torque wrench they come in handy and you can get them cheap like this needle style torque wrench http://www.amazon.com/Neiko-Classic-.../dp/B0019VMI0Y . i saw a nice digital torque wrench at harbor freight tools for 60 bucks.
