Re: Seat covers
On the seat subject, although I don't like replica products I might get a set of bride knock-off seats. I can't afford to drop $2500 on seats, but I want something more comfortable than the stock seats and they're supposed to be pretty good for that.
Those semi spinners are no joke, my friends dad owns a successful trucking company and has spinners on his personal truck, he payed 100k for them.
You ever seen a semi with spinners? Unbelievably funny but, real.

Re: Seat covers
the leather rsx do weigh about 2x what the stock civic seat does (60 lbs instead of 30 lbs, due to the materials and side airbags). cloth rsx is heavier but not as bad, around 40 lbs.
Re: Seat covers
Salvage yards don't usually sell the airbags with the seats as a whole but, if you don't have side airbags then it doesn't matter anyways. That's 10 lbs each seat right there.
Re: Seat covers
well i took my seat covers and steering wheel cover off yesterday.. i hated it and put it all back on right after. the seats are ugly. and the steering wheel is too thin. it didnt even feel like i was drivin my car. weird i know, but ive had a cover on my steering wheel since i bought it, and when u take it off, its so thin! so until i buy new stuff, my lame stuff is stayin on. lol
