I don't like the spoiler, and for some reason ...I think the car still looks 4x4 sxtatus.
AND, this might be due to the lack of sleep this weekend ... but as soon as I saw this thread, I thought I was looking at a Scooby o.O

Rims are different in both pictures. The first look like like their 18/19 inch and are 7 spoke and lower profile tires. The second look more 16/17 and are 6 spoke with slightly less low pro then the first.
I still really like it though!
My 2 cents:
If the spoiler didn't have the middle pillar connecting to the car it would look nicer.
The larger rims are nicer IMO (first pic), but maybe if they were an inch smaller
The bottom part of the grill should be colour matched
I don't mind the double tip exhaust, but if the bumper was a little lower in between the two it would be nicer.

I prefer the 01-03 tails cuz when you brake it makes the C shapes! I always loved that C lol. If the 04-05 had the C's plus the more modern look I'd swap them out, but I'm happy with my 01-03's

There actually has been a few CDM specific features and models over the years.
USDM is bottom of the barrel junk, the fewest models and the least included features of any market world wide. I wonder why lol

am i the only one that thinks that coupe rice?
the fronts a lil too crazy. the sides are to big and sticking out, the rear is weird, too many fins on the tail, not lowered, weird ... and a dual exhaust???
and the rims look like its photoshopped.
