Just wondering,

I am running mobil 1 5w-20 and have 100 000km on the car. Would it be better if I change to 5w-30 instead or is it no recommended.

Re: Motor Oil

I would run 5w-30, the higher viscosity will help protect the aging and somewhat worn internal better.
