Heres the difference between tein s-techs and the progress springs, if you go with progress springs you'll be 1/3-1/2 inch lower but that small amount will put you over the lowering limit for Tokico Hp struts, the most affordable quality strut, and you'll need to pay a few hundred dollars more for a strut that can handle a 2 inch drop instead of 1.5.
