Which gasket got changed on the VTEC? (I think it can leak and run across the top of the bellhousing.)
Is the pool under the EGR housing, or on top of the housing?

Clean everything spotless (brake cleaner is wonderful stuff), dry it thoroughly and douse the whole area in white powder.

Right Guard smells better than foot powder.
Yesterday I changed Valve Cover Gasket. There is no oil now from valve cover gasket and the round plug 100 % but there is still oil from the same place in from of the engine.

Can you tell me if there an oil in the EGR unit which connected to the head on the right side?

No oil.
Exhaust (EGR) and coolant (thermostat) are in that particular casting.

So where I can have leak if the cap and valve cover gasket are ok?

Are you seeing leftover oil? Old oil will never evaporate.

Did you clean the entire area spotless, using brake cleaner or equivalent?

Do that, spotless white glove clean cleaning. Clean and dry. The brake cleaner dries immediately, residue-free.
Then throw white powder all over the area. The powder is to help show fresh wet spots clearly and you can follow the trail to the source, provided you got powder there.
You have to get it clean enough that there is no oil residue to color the white powder and cause a false positive before the engine runs.

Mirror and flashlight inspection, if necessary.

VTEC gasket: Which one was replaced?
Clean it thoroughly too, and powder it.

Guys,

It seems like the leak was out from the V-Tec solenoid. Last time when we replaced gasket we did not clean the surface on the main head very good. This time, we used sanding paper. The thing is that the leak almost gone but still exist. It is from the same place. Is it worth to use some oil additives?

I hate to say this, but you may have caused more problem by doing this.

The machined surfaces of the cylinder head are supposed to be glass smooth. Any roughness could be a path for leakage to occur.

A single edge razor blade is what I would have used for cleaning.

+1. Sandpaper may have worked in the '80s and '90s, but machining is a lot more precise nowadays (unless your car has an engine from the '80s still used in the '00s, like Ford's Focus and Escort did).

I'd suggest the same gasket, but with a good sealer like Permatex Ultra Black, a thin layer on the leaking side.
