Rough paint

Did a couple touch up jobs with a can yesterday. But now the paint is rough to the touch even with a couple layers of clear coat. Can this just be buffed smooth?

yeah, just use meguiar's ultimate compound until it becomes smooth again.

you can wet sand it then buff it.

careful not to over do it though... definitely use smaller to bigger grit instead of the other way around and regretting it.
