Competition Stage 1 Clutch

Are they any good? Found a kit for $225 shipped or should i just go with the Excedy stage 1 $246 for my 05 lx coupe?

Competition clutches are good clutches but so are Exedy. Either way they are both good choices. I have the Exedy stage 1 in mine.

i have a stage 2 competition. haven't put it in yet so i can't really tell you how it is.

i have the competition stage 2 an its amazing. its stiffer then stock but i drove it 1200 miles to disney world an its managable. i truly dun need it till i instal the turbo but i got a price that should be illegal so i got it.
