Porting and polishing heads....

so i was wondering ehats the difference in terms of power if u port and polish a vtec head? those who have done it what have been the differences? if any?

On a N/A SOHC, you are wasting your money. If you are boosted and the shop that does it, knows what they are doing, you can gain some slight power.
