Changing '04 Coupe Wipers...Help?

I tried changing them but I can't seem to get them off....There is a little tab like thing that says "open" with an arrow pointing towards the way you would slid it off....but I can't figure it out....Anyone know how??

it snaps in place so you either push down or up i cant remember then it slides off the hook that holds it in place.
