I just have one question, i had to change my right headlight bulb, now i got everything out but that wire which holds the bulb in the headlight steady, i cant put the wire in a good position to hold the bulb steady.. Its really confuse tho.. Does anyone have picture of the wire position? I just need to see how does it goes behind that bolt... I have tried all day today and no success. Can anyone please take a picture of the right side headlight just take a pic of the back of the headlight with the rubber off... Thanks to anyone who do this for me...

Re: Question...

the wire pivots left and right, you need to put it behind the bulb and then push the wire head in and down so it goes in the notch and locks. its the same as the other side?

Re: Question...

Yea, i see what u saying, But i took the wire out because i need to change the bulb and now i dont know how to put it back in the same position as it was because i cant remeber how it used to be... I tried to put it on the same position as the other side but for the right side its not same as left one... There is this bolt that u unscrew it and screw it, and this bolt holds the wire piece steady...

Re: Question...

wow thats impressive. the wire is held on with a screw, so if it completely came out, youre gonna have issues. did you take the screw out for some reason? i think the whole headlight needs to come off to put it back. which side is it? i dont think i have any pics of that. just try to feel how the other side is put in and match to that.

Re: Question...

its the right side.. I did that all day today and nothing.. Yea, i know learned my lesson hard way.. I didn't know that u don't unscrew the bolt all the way.. Why it cant be simple like on my dads 05 civic its just plug and twist... But no everything gotta be confused for me... I ma work on it tomorrow, lets hope i figure it out... But a pic would help me alot, i searched on google, all i could find is the plug and twist pics...

Re: Question...

well you should not have to loosen the screw at all. you just take the rubber boot off, push the clip and pivot it away from the bulb. then put it back and push into place.

Re: Question...

yeah you dont ever undo any screw or anything. the procedure for both sides is the exact same. you push the wire inward towards the headlight, and slide it to the side, then it just swings down and out of place. it never comes out or off, just swings down. after you have switched the bulb, you just swing the wire back up, push it inward and slide it to the side again and let go and it will be locked in place.

Re: Question...

yeah i dont know, ive never done anything like that so i cant picture off hand how much work it would be unless i leaned in and checked. i doubt you have much space, and i think your simplest bet will just be to remove the bumper and take the headlight out to do the fix. you can probably get it done in 30-40 min.
