Strange problem when starting 2002 Civic EX AT
When I took my car in to have the strut replaced for an ungodly amount at the dealership, they informed me that the battery was low. Being cheap I decided to put it off. A few days ago I started the car and all the needles fluttered quickly for about 5 seconds and then I noticed that my trip meters were reset, but everything else was fine. It repeated itself yesterday and this morning as well. Is this just a sign that the battery needs to be replaced or something more serious, or is something just wonky with my gauges?
Re: Strange problem when starting 2002 Civic EX AT
that happens when the battery is dying but there could be a problem with the charging system . bring it to a autopart store and they will usually test it for free.
