its a civic without expensive mods like boosting or engine swapping it won't be fast. so you should spend your money on pure aesthetic mods like lowering,rims,tints,lip kit, etc etc. but a good axle back exhaust and intake will change the sound but depending on what brand will determine the quality of the sound. youtube has alot of sound and video clips of virtually all exhaust systems for our cars so that would be a good determining start point for you. the intake piping doesn't really matter just get a quality filter like AEM.
