Were is the ECU located on the 7th Generation Civic EX.

Yup behind the glove box.. on my 04 sedan ex I had to just pop out the tabs left and right of it ( i just use a flat head) and the glove box flips down giving you access. its silver with a bunch of wires connecting to it. cant miss it
