always hubcaps. i used to do steelez for a while cause i didn't have the funds to get rims....
when u drive around in steelez it says either
1. someone just jacked my rims
2. i just started building cars and have no money.

im going to say i actually like the steeleez better im going to pimp them for a little bit i can get the rims i want now the ones in my avatar but im going to wait a littel

I'm about to rock steelies for a week. Why stealies you may ask?-- Good question, I'm painting mine gloss black so they look better with the caps on em and I'm waiting for the paint to cure- I dont want to put the caps on and leave marks in the paint. I unfortunately, am not financially gifted enough to have two cars (or a second set of rims and tires), I cant just leave my car on jacks for a week so I gotta rock em. Hate me if you must, but I tire shine'd em so the rubber matches the gloss.

lol thats funny i also painted mine a flat glossy black it makes them look alot better. you say it makes it look like i have no money can that be counteracted with a carbon fiber hood ???

lol no i don't think so with the CF hood. any other upgrades to ur car that look like they may have got you a set of rims looks worse...i.e. teenagers out here that put pepboys exhaust, a vtec sticker, primer the hood black and heat or cut their springs to make it look "badass" still riding on steelez lol.

Stick with the hubcaps, rockin steelies makes you look busted. Unless it's the winter and ur just pretending your nice wheels are off until summer... in that case ur a baller haha.

I always liked the look of the black steel wheels with chrome lugs. They have to be CLEAN though, and it definitely helps if you keep your tires shiny also. It reminds me of the old Super Bees and cars of the like that came from the factory with steel wheels...gives it that 'Super Stocker' look. If done properly, it looks much better than hubcaps.

Reminds me of this guy in town here who baught a low end yellow cobalt, took off the hubcaps, put on a shiity muffle and tries to race every other car he passes. The idiot tried to race my roomie the other day but there where 3 cops behind the loser and he didnt know so he kept reving his engine till he got pulled over.

lol the more people tell me to put the caps on the more i don't want to. now i want to paint the car flat black chop the roof and paint some flames on it ill have the first lead sled civic.
