2001 Civic relays behind glovebox

2001 Civic relays behind glovebox

I'm trying to determine which of the three relays located behind the glovebox is the main relay(s). I've determined that the blue one is the fuel pump relay. I'm not sure what the brown one and black one are for. Does anyone know?

How do you know if one of this 2 main pgmfi main relay is faulty and causing the car won't start??????

You can check the part #s on the case. And swap the twos positions.
