Outside Door Trim Piece Removal

I got some new door moldings from Majestic today. The Bottom molding is easy enough to replace, just roll the window down and pull up then install the new one.

The molding i'm curious about is the one that lies along the same line as the B-Pillar (above the door handle) it's the side molding for lack of a better word. Just a black piece. It's held in by two clips and a screw according to the diagram but I have no idea how to get to the screw. Suggestions?

Re: Outside Door Trim Piece Removal

Okay I need clarification about the "bottom molding" of the window/door frame.

I've been to the junkyard to replace ALL the window trim pieces for my gf. Anyways, I've been successful with removing one of the bottom pieces with all of the clips in tact. When I moved on to the next window, I completely busted all of the clips to get it off.

Admittedly, I didn't (wasn't able) roll down the windows to get to the trim pieces, and used a flat-head screw driver, however I'm wondering if there was some kind of "finesse" required not to ruin the parts.
