Need help with new tach and oil pressure sensor wiring

so i just got a prosport tach and oil pressure sensor gauge and i was wondering if any of you guys have done this before and have any suggestions or tips.. id appreciate all help.. thanks

The tach install is going to depend on what model Civic you have.. I drive a DX (which currently has no tach), but I think the wiring is already in the car. If you have a DX, just hook that wire up to you're new one and you're good to go. If your car already has a tach, just splice the wiring. You're gonna have to wire up the power and ground also, good thing the fuse box is readily accesible

As for the oil pressure, hopefully it came with all the fittings you will need. If not, you're gonna have to get an install kit or order everything seperately. I'm not sure of the size/style offhand.. Not sure where you're installing the gauges but the cleanest way to do this is 'piggyback' the wiring into one harness. And for the love of god, don't butt splice.. :P
