There's quite a few but it depends on what you're looking for.
The 3 major spots to display your car and apply for car club memberships are usually at the drift track in riverside, the parking lot gatherings near Ontario Mills...and even Friday Nights at the Lowe's parking lot in Victorville / Bear Valley Rd.
Each have their own perks. If you're into the performance scene, Riverside. If you're into big underground races with money on the line and MASSIVE amounts of cops lol, then Ontario...and for the people that are into Massive car shows and just hanging out then up the hill in Victorville is for you.

clubs are extremely frowned upon wherever you go by cops since nothing good ever really comes out of them...all cops see are disturbing the peace complaints with exhausts, street cleanups for burnt rubber, and ambulances for the occasional bystanders that get hit when a car loses control.
i don't blame them. i tend not to hang out with "clubs" or other "groups" since cops automatically assume you're guilty by association when you leave the parking lot. personally it's better just to show up to shows and meets and not get your car memorized by the pigs. plus, a majority of clubs based out near IE, LA, SD, etc usually ask for donations....not just for stickers or whatever but they want your money for silly reasons.
