Exhaust Manifold

I found a crack in my exhaust manifold on my '02 LX Sedan. I was thinking about getting a header instead of a stock repl.. What would I have to do in terms of my O2 sensors, or do they have a place for these? Also I'll prob get A/M exhaust, but don't want anuthing real loud, just a little throaty, what would be my best bet?
What I was looking at were Hedman chikara headers, and flowmaster exhaust from Summit 'cause they were the cheapest. Don't have a whole lot of money to throw around!
