how to swap the grill emblem on a 05 ex?

I just traded in my 02 ex for a 05 ex. THe new care is white so I decided to debadge the trunk. I then decided that I would slap on a red honda jdm badge in place of the old silver one. I want to do the same to the grill. Is it possible or would I need a new grill? I think the red adds a nice pop to the white of the car and also reminds me of my old red 02. Help would be awesome! Oh it's a coupe if that matters.

Re: how to swap the grill emblem on a 05 ex?

yeah it looks good on white. what alot of peeps do if theyre lazy is pry off the old emblem with a screwdriver (and break it), then the new red one will stick on with tape in the back. the stock one has two rivets holding it which you can only safely break off from the rear and for that the whole bumper must come off. but thats only if you wanna keep the H emblem in one piece, which by the way cannot be reinstalled to the grill anyway without some kind of glue.
