What is the best way to remove those dealership letters?

So on the back of my 2003 EX Coupe are the letters "SUSSMAN" in metal letters. What is the best way to remove these without scratching up my car?

sometimes they can be blasted off with a pressure washer. or use a plastic razor blade. oryou can take it to a detail shop or the dealership or what ever "sussman" is if you can; so incase anything chips or scratches, they have to pay to fix it.

Re: What is the best way to remove those dealership letters?

1. Get a blow dryer and evenly heat the dealership letters

2. Take a thin plastic blade and wedge the letters off slowly

yea heat with heat gun stay about 5inches away and keep moving you can use your nails to remove the sticker then use a paint safe glue remover throw some wax on and your done i did this all the time detailing for toyota .ps use a micro fiber cloth when useing the glue remover but use very lite pressure so not to scratch.

You guys suggesting knives and blades got more ***** than me.
If you live in a hot area, just let it sit in the sun for a day and pull it off with your fingers. Or if you don't, then forget the heat and just run dental floss or fishing line in a sawing motion behind the letters. I took a BMW symbol off a few months ago in about 6 seconds with dental floss. Then with the glue that's left on the paint, get some Goo Gone or similar solvent product to wipe it off.

haha you guys are insane using some of that stuff. just get your lovely ladys blowdryer (or your sisters if you dont have a lovely lady). it takes about 2 minutes...just heat it up and you should be able to get it off with your fingers alone. and yea...i used goo-gone too. it works great and does no harm.
