so after installing my exhaust... (HELP)

i had a couple problems.

CAR:
first off i have an 02 sedan.

PARTS INSTALLED:
DC 4-1 Ceramic header
Random Tech DP/CAT
Apex'i N1 catback

PROBLEM:
1. the header went in fine but the downpipe/cat didnt fit with my front stabilizer bar still in. we had to remove it cuz the cat wouldnt fit properly.
so the question... is that normal when installing on a sedan and are there any aftermarket stabilizer/sway bars that will fit with the RT installed?

2. when connecting the end of the header to the DP we had a gasket issue. the one that was provided with the parts was too large to fit in the opening at the top of the DP and the OEM donut seemed way too small.

i attemped to shave the aftermarket donut down but it was still too large to fit so we went with the OEM one. what size gasket should i go with to fix the leak that i currently have from the small donut gasket? i was told by my local pepboys they couldnt pull the measurement from the system for the OEM and i would need to measure it and find out which other car i could find a proper gasket from since they wouldnt open packages...

any ideas or solutions are greatly appreciated.

Re: so after installing my exhaust... (HELP)

you have an automatic don't you... auto and manual have different roll bars. there are companies that make different roll bars and subframes to fix these issues. as for your exhaust problem, take it to an exhaust shop and tell them to fix it. you should have taken it there in the first place. they can MAKE what ever you need....you could keep your stock roll bar too!
