so... my trunk latch quit and I need a replacement. i've had the lid tied down with a ratcheting strap from the inside for like...over a month now. if there's anyone out there with an em2 that doesn't look that nice because they hit a cow or deer in the chattanooga, tennessee area, i will pay you cash money for a functioning trunk latch and catch from it. My power lock motor has also quit...my car is aging =(....i would need one of those also...thank you.

My trunk latch is sitting in the closet somewhere, I replaced it with a power trunk release from an Accord. Pay shipping and it's yours. Or just pick one up cheap from a junkyard.....or do what I did and buy an Accord latch for $70.

yea, i'm the one with head and tails blacked. If you see my tails, I know the right is lighter than the left lol. I'll be fixing that soon along with the trunk latch. Ordered mine tonight, $35. Got the actuator motor too. Hopefully I can get all these knitpicky things taken care of.
That's pretty sweet man, You don't see many CGPs around the valley. I've seen one other EX EM2 up here in Dayton but that's it.

Oh fun! Trampolines are great!

DieMaster,

I'm glad someone else already started a post on this, I'm also in need of a trunk latch replacement for my 2001 Honda Civic DX. The damn thing latches shut but any bump hit at over 25mph or heck even if the car door is shut hard it pops open. Many thanks!

I tried checking out your website but got a page not found, thought I'd let you know!
