clearing headlight question!

clearing headlight question!
So i saw the DIY for clearing headlights (removing the corner orange reflector).
and the person combined the DIY for removing bumper too. So my question is, do i need to remove my bumper in order to clear the headlights? Help would greatly be appreciated.

yes, you need to remove the bumper.
you need to remove the headlights in order to be able to open them up and remove the orange piece. and to remove the headlights, you need to get access to the bolts in the brackets holding them in place...which means you have to remove your bumper. its very easy to do.
