Cold Air Intake noise

I have an AEM Short Ram Intake and now I have this jingling vibration noise under the hood when I drive. When I have my foot on the brake pedal, it doesnt make the noise. But when I let go the brake pedal without stepping on the gas pedal, it starts making the vibration noise and that's the only time it does it. All my clamps are tight. Anyone know what's wrong??

What are your rpms at when the noise starts?
does it vibrate the car? or is it just a noise?
