Yea I have some random things to ask that im just going to throw in one post. I was wondering where I can get some yellow license plate bulbs I know they exist since I seen them and auto parts stores around my way dont have any.

Next the panic button on my Honda remote doesnt work. The light dont even kick on the remote. Not a real big deal but it bothers me. Does this mean something internally in the remote has gone bad? Other two buttons(Lock and Unlock) work fine.

Lastly I am really considering getting JDM tails but I know password JDM has them for $319 I think it is, and shipping is like $65 to my house which means Im looking at almost $400. Checked ebay and even amazon but all they have are shitty aftermarkets. Is this just one of those things I have to get lucky on? Does anyone have some for sale or know where I can get them for a reasonable price?

ebay.com or other online sites sell piaa ion crystal yellow bulbs, and raybrig does also. check racinglab.com

do you have a backup remote you can try? the button might just have worn out, or you can open it up and clean the contacts with alcohol.

passwordjdm is the only place that has those lights. since they are actual honda oem lights, the only place to get them is overseas honda dealers for about the same price.

No, no backup bought the car used dont know does it even come with two when u buy it? Im going to try what you said.

Wow they really are that expensive at JDM dealers? Ok Ill debate it, I really want them though.

yeah i got two keys (and a third grey valet key) and two remotes with the car new. more than likely cleaning it out will fix it, or replace the battery.

parts overseas are usually 4x more expensive than in usa. the same trunk trim thats $28 here is $68 there for exact same piece.

I bought a civic EX in 2008 august, and have the same issue.
Will check if the other key works.

Wonder if I should take it to the dealer as it is not yet 1 year...again as you mentioned in my case too, it does not really bother me, but just wonder if that could be an indication of something further going bad.

Also, if I recollect it correct the first time I noticed this was a few days or weeks after my battery had drained out (I had left the lights on - and had to jump start...
