Cool 04-05 civic si guages...

i got a 04 civic dx...i was wondering what it would take for me to put the 04-05 civic si instrument cluster...would it work...im wondering if the harnesses would plug up and if the mounting hole will line up..any one know?? thanks

you would probably have to do lots of custom work, cuz i'm pretty sure the bezel doesn't fit right or something. you would have to look up how to wire it, it would definitely not be plug and play. i have a 04vp and you would have to do some rewiring of pins to get a lx/ex cluster to work. 01hondercivic is the man at stuff like this. look at my sig for a start.

are you in canada? if yes then it will work, you just gotta do some rewiring of the pins.

lol idk i havnt started yet. but someone else on here did it and said you just cut the plugs off the harness and match up the wires by color and solder them with the new clips to the rsx gauges.

how about mounting thr rsx cluster. dont expect it to bolt right up and fit with the stock bezel

hey gear box, your right, it won't fit properly, but like it says in this diy, you have you look where it doesn't fit properly and dremel that part CAREFULLY!!

i did the rsx in mine. picked up the cluster/plugs and just rewired. simple slapped in it and it looks sick. new cam in there too so the redline is legit
