i think thats everything. you tap the wires to power and ground. if you want them as turn signals, tap one wire to ground and the other to the green turn signal power wire. those wire you have might be too short so just get some more and extend them.

well one wire needs to be grounded to chassis, or the black wire of the turn signal. power + and ground (-) are both needed so the light works from electricity moving through the bulb filament. easy way is just tap one sidemarker wire to the green turn signal power, and the other sidemarker wire to the black turn signal ground.

yep thats pretty much all youd need (other than the fact that your wires are very short as gb was saying). thats an easy fix though, just connect any other wires that would work well for 12v to the existing wires you have just to extend them. there isnt much to that install, just lineup and drill your holes where you decide and install. use your existing turn signal wires to tap into. theres also a DIY on this if you havent seen it yet. its nice and detailed too.
