well today my main seal decided to give and dumped a couple quarts of oil on my driveway so...... i installed an old civic radiator 13" that i bought new, and a free trans cooler (thats why its beat up), and mounted the front mount, and a rather small air pump under the hood.
then tom. im goin to fix the main seal. lol i should have fixed the problem before doing the other ****.
but the trans cooler is only mounted temporarly untill i get some straps for it and i still have to mount the radiator fan.
this is the only pic im posting for now.

Re: Sneak Peak Build
LOL, small air pump. Let me know how your coolant temps are. You're probably going to want to at least run dual core half radiator. That single core probably won't be able to keep up.

Re: Sneak Peak Build
i hooked the trans cooler up directly. so its not hooked up to the radiator anymore. and yai cut the hell out of that bumper. but i never had an accident and plan on keepin it that way. lol

Re: Turbo Build!!!!!!!
as you see you need a new radiator. i got one for the older civics 91-00 and custom mounted it. you need a slim fan (20$ online). need to modify the center brace behind the radiator. i cut it and am going to weld it after the down pipe is made. if you want to go this route, you cant be scared to cut ur car up a little. but if you want to be safe, but spend more money, get the dezod manifold or the hks t25 manifold and run a t25.
Re: Turbo Build!!!!!!!
HLC, the obx manifold obviously has clearance issues from what you can see...and the turbo is bottom mounted. also beware of clearance issues with the HKS turbo manifold. thats the one i had and the turbo for it is front mounted. the turbo will not fit in your engine bay unless you remove your fans and radiator and maybe run a bottom half radiator. it needs about 2 or so more inches of clearance towards the front of the vehicle so it will not even fit in there because your fan is in the way.
