Re: 7th Gen halo headlights help
I got some dual halo's off of ebay for about the same price, and they hooked up no problems, not super bright but still get praises on them! They came with headlight bulbs, no markers. I love em! Ive gone a whole SALT LAKE CITY UTAH winter with them and not one leak or fog or nothin! Had them for over a year! I love em, makes your whip look super sick! And super easy to install!

nice much cleaner. i had to have the bodyshop sand mine off and you can still see some scratches. who ever thought it would be a good idea to PAINT the pinstripe on at the dealer lol.

Re: 7th Gen halo headlights help
haha yeah it was, glad i got it off, its funny cuz i was told to use hot water n some car wash soap to get off the residue...but my mom (brilliant her) used Goo Gone and as she cleaned the residue i cleaned the Goo Gone off lol, it came off like it was just some dirt
Re: 7th Gen halo headlights help
i was gonna buy halos but i think ill just stick with these now.
Re: 7th Gen halo headlights help

yeah i was thinkin bout that, future mods will definitely be AEM v2! wheels of course, some darker tint, droppin it and then maybe mirror/doorhandles painted if my mom lets me lol
(by the way, the car is under my parents name so they have a say in what i do, unless i have the cash lol)

Re: 7th Gen halo headlights help
nice car man. did you ever post some pics of your wheels and drop? i would love to see them. i just got some halos to havent put them on yet will in the morning. already sealed them. everyone post really helped me out to. but does any one know why headlights get the smoker teeth yellow haze after awhile?
Re: 7th Gen halo headlights help
not sure about the haze effect but if i had to guess i would say the bulb burning and over time it start to put that haze on there not to mention the weather and climate affecting the outside of the headlight as well, i used a micromesh kit starting with the least grit to the highest and lightly wet sanded the lens' then put a polishing compound that came with the kit on there and they cleaned up pretty well, especially since they're 6 years old. before you ask though, i got the micromesh kit from work so i dunno if an autoparts store would carry them or not
