Maintance light disabled?
Sorry it this question has been answered beforre. It is time to change the oil on my 01 civic ex that I bought a couple months ago. I noticed that the maintenance required light isnt coming on so I was wondering if it was permanently disabled or if maybe it isnt working correctly.

i think its every 10k miles, thats when the service manual suggests to change the oil. and that light is just on a timer, it comes on when the odometer reads certain mileage. has nothing to do with the condition of the engine.
