New member w/ a pic ^^



got the car 2 years ago but just recently decided to mod it
its a 2003 civic ex manual transmission
got the rims last month, 17's wrapped in nitto neogens
getting:
type-r grill
cold air intake (not yet decided..maybe injen w/ MR tech, fujita f5, or weapon r)
dual halo projector headlights
WS II catback
and a drop

any suggestions or advice are welcome

well if you dont buy tint at pepboys, it can actually stay the original color. ive had llumar tint for 5 yrs and it still looks like the day it was installed. and the car is parked in the sun daily.

That's exactly what I got, Llumar. It's just I spent a lot of time looking, researching and shopping around just to try to get that dark blue charcoal tint that you can see in Dakim's photo.

Eventually I just said ah screw it and blamed it on the type of glass the civics use, I thought this was common knowledge. I seen guys that had their windows smashed, they get new glass, same tint and shade, but the color ends up looking different. And if you think it's from UV fade... well it's not, otherwise it's been 2 years and I'm still waiting for mine to fade blue :P

So it's either gotta be different glass, an uncommon tint film, or hey maybe it's just the camera, that's why I asked.

i got the tint almost 3 years ago. sorry, i dont know the details about what tint i got. and yes they are the original glass.
