a few companys make low profile floor jacks. sears has them. there not cheap tho. like around $250 bucks. your prolly better off trying to drive up on blocks or some of those takata low profile ramps that way you can get your jack underneath.

damn how much do the ramps go for ?

Drive one side of your car onto the grass next to the crub. Start from like a drive way not like from the middle of the curb but from your drive way where you can jus continue to ride up untill the side of the road is higher than the road. Give your car a little bit of a leaner and some more clearance which you could slip that jack under.

it depends where the flats at......i had cases where there was side skirts that couldnt get on lifts....if its the rear wheel lift it from the bak and if its on the front lift it from the subframe... but make sure its in the middle of the car......it really isnt that hard.......

If you want to have tools for this, go to autozone and buy a $19.99 blue jack. All the stores cary them. It's very small, and is ideal for lowered cars. It fits under my sideskirt, with a lot of room to go.
Once it has raised the car up enough, I slide in the floor jack and finish the job.

I have Evo5 sides, they take up a bit of room. When I had a flat, I used my OEM jack, but I slipped it in the space between the wheel and edge of sideskirt and pushed it behind the skirt... under the frame, turned it sideways so that I could just turn the jack by hand just behind the tire.
Took me a few tries to position it right the first time, but now I know exactly where and it just takes a while.
