Re: Car Drop
Im not going to be like most and leave it at that. If you are looking to go around 2 inches you could get Tein S techns for 180-200 dollars, or just get a coilover setup. Those run around 1000-1500. Any other questions, ask

Re: Car Drop
Also, wether you bring it somewhere or do it yourself....well, that depends on how mechanically inclinded you are currently. I have a friend that works at meineke, so he does the work in exchange for me hanging out and beer.

Re: Car Drop
ok well say you get springs, about 160-200
you should also get Tokico blues wich will run you around 300-400 If I remember.
I am unsure of install prices. For that you should call your local shops and price shop. The links I gave you in PM will help you price out more accurately.

Re: Car Drop
a bit under if you go with struts and springs, and a little bit over if you go with coilovers. Coilovers, while maybe not as comfortable, offer the most adjustment.
Re: Car Drop
dont forget a camber kit too.... and there is a diy here https://www.civicforums.com/forums/4...ng+install+diy
Re: Car Drop
Eibach Sports lines $200 or even under (1.4 inch drop which is perfect for our cars !
Tokicos blue $350 shipped on Ebay
Ingalls Camber kit front and rear $150
Total Installation i wud say: +-$300
So yeah A lil over or even under $1000
You can always get the Eibachs and camber kits for now and invest in the shocks later. With Eibachs im guessing u can drive on OEM shocks for an year with one passenger.
(I am driving on Dropzones with Oem shocks which give a 2 inch drop for the past 14 months ... now i think its time to change the shocks, but then again I am single
and hardly friends sit in my coupe
