So I read a few articles, but it always says, stock fits, Skunk2s arn't worth it, I've seen Venom ones work, how about Edlebrock ones? What options do we have, like I said, it only says skunk2 are a btch in the DIY. Thanks.

Re: y8 IM

It comes down to length of the runners for the firewall clearance and the damn EGR channels and coolant passages not lining up properly to our 7th gen injector plate. Our throttle cables are plenty long enough to make to where ever your TB ends up. I don't know what the measurements are on the Edelbrock, but I remember them being pretty tall like the Skunk2s. You'd have to get measurements to be sure.

It's just those two showstoppers that you have to account for.

Re: y8 IM

There is a difference but it's in the TB not the mani. If you plan on running the Y8 TB as well, get the manual one. The auto TB has a goofy kickdown acutator. If you are going to make a flange to run the D17 TB, then it doesn't matter.
