AEM V2, Oiled or Dry Filter?
Does anyone know if the AEM V2 came with an oiled or dry filter? I bought i about a year, year and half back. Is there anyway to tell? haha i need to know whether to just wash it and slap it back on or oil it down.

^ Thats correct. If you bought your intake less than a year ago then it surely came with a dry flow filter.

i bought my V2 in 2005 and its a greyish one. i went to the aem website when i had to clean it and it said it was the dry flow filter. The website even has a video showing how to clean the intake.
SHould we really buy that stuff that AEM sells for cleaning the intake or we can use some other detergent ?
