lowering spring question

My car is a 2002 dx-g civic, I have jobber shocks front and rear cuz the person who I had bought the car from tried to lower it by cutting the stock springs and f***ed it up so i changed it with jobbers and stock springs for now. My question is would the jobber shocks be a able to tolerate eiback pro kit springs on them better than the stock shocks or would they die in 6 months or less like i keep reading ? Thanks

Re: lowering spring question

Wish I could help, but I've never heard of Jobber shocks.

Re: lowering spring question

in that case, they should be relatively close to OEM specs, so they will last about as long as oem, unless they blow sooner, due to inferior quality. pick up some tokico blues from true honda, and you'll be all set.
