Ok, anyone who read my last post knows i had a whole lot of problems with the rear lower strut bolt on my civic. Well, i finally got it out. Here is my scientific step by step process of how i did it. I first took a sawzall and cut here and here.

After laying under the car and putting as much pressure on the sawzall, the bolt got cut, and i'm so glad i got to ruin that miserable bolt. Then I had to cut that thread part of the bracket off becuase the bolt wasn't comming out of it. So i tried the sawzall again and tried to get a flush cut but once i realized i couldn't go all the way through it without cutting that bracket, i got the torch out and melted it off.

The hole was left a little clogged up, so i took a die grinder and made it round again, and the cut was perfect, no damage to the bracket at all. Went to the hardware store, got a 12mm bolt, lock washer and nut, and there ya go, problem fixed.
With that said i now have a tein basic suspension, with an ingalls rear camber kit, and i still have to replace the tie rod boot that i busted, and get an alignment (hopefully this week) and my car should be a good handling road machine again. You can't tell the difference, but here are some before and after pictures anyways.

I did part of the project by a friends house and here are some props to his funfilled garage and toys

That's 2 polaris 50cc atv's, one 2000 honda F4, a 2003 yamaha fz6, a diesel riding lawnmower, and a 2000 honda 400ex bored out to 440. And a 700cc yamaha grizzly.

And here is a wheelie on a pink 50 cc atv. (that's my buddy not me).
And for the last pic it's my car and my bike, the lowly 86 yamaha fz750. (I believe it is the first production 750 sportbike with more than 100 horsepower)

Alright, with that said and done, here are my ideas, tell me what you guys think. I like quiet exhaust, so an exhaust system is out of the question. But i was thinking about getting an apexi power intake, and that Vafc2 controller they have, not sure if either will really make that big of a power difference. For looks i wanted to go with brighter headlights, possibly HID (don't want to spend the money on something that just looks cool) but most likely some silverstars. Replace the white running/parking light with an orange bulb, or possibly wire up the turn signal to be a running light, to get that GM look. The more expensive makeover would be to black the whole car out. I enjoy the look of bronze wheels with black, but i was going to black out the H symbol on the front, possibly even the Si tag, and get black rims. And i might not do any of that, for the simple fact that this is my daily driver and i live in wisconsin.
And finally, i havn't looked around yet, but since i posted the car and bike pic in here, maybe someone should start a post of post your car with your bike pic on here.

word of advice.....get some nokyas instead of silverstars. save ur self half the price and get something nicer looking.

Thanks for the tip D17, i'll probably wind up doing the lights just because it's cheap, but where do i pick up the nokyas? online? or does a major retailer sell them. And by the way, we don't lawnmower race, i think that's the helmet for the F4, and i swear i'm not a hillbilly, but that diesel lawnmower hauls *** it's got so much low end torque you can chirp the tires on asphalt.

eh never mind about those nokyas, i can't stand those tinted blue headlights, i either want bright white, or real HID

You could retrofit some HID's in your current housing. Don't do the bulb swap, as that's still going to produce the blueish white look.
As for the pics, I had one of the Jester helmets I wore sometimes on my 2001 GSX-R 1000. I also had a Hot Wheels helmet and a german military style brain bucket.
