i saw these pics in the jdm pic thread and saw the EBP coupe on the right. but the front bumper is different and it looks like it has 04-05 fogs. but it has 01-03 headlights. im just curious cus ive never seen this before. anyone kno???

yes thats a hybrid bumper, those are the only bumpers that will fit 01-03 headlights and 04-05 foglights

The fog lights are the same as the 04-05 fog's im guessing since they come up under the same part #.
