HOrrible

So, it’s been a while since I’ve been on the boards. A couple months in fact. A lot has changed but it still seems to be the place where I can come and tell you guys about a crappy incident that happened, which only you; my fellow 7th genre’s could understand.. Onward.
So I was driving around last night, enjoying the windy days that we rarely get here in Vegas, When WHHAAAMMM I ran something over. Freaking out (because I’m overly cautious) i pulled over to see what was wrong. All of a sudden i see a liquid trailing behind my vehicle. Thinking it was just water i dipped my fingers in but to my disbelief it was Oil. Luckily i pulled into an empty parking lot where i checked out the damage. Sure enough a 2" x 2" hole was punctured into my oil pan. So I had the car towed home. And its on Jacks now. Awaiting me to fix it. *shakes head* it was such a nice night out too.

O p.s WHy in the hell is My Rep -3 ??? when I left the last time it was +3 ??

EJOman is on a distinguished road
Re: HOrrible

I have done that **** three times man, just bad luck. Stupid things on the roads ( rocks, bumpers, building suplies...) have cost me a gas tank, some serious damage to my exhaust, terrible underbody damage, and a fuel pump.

good luck on the repair man

markitect is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: HOrrible

At least you pulled over instead of shrugging your shoulders and driving till it died. With some luck you may just be putting on a new oil pan. Hope its that simple.

Re: HOrrible

Thanks for the support guys. Yea Luckly (from what i can tell) it was just the pan. Cost me 240 To fix myself. I dont think i put enought Honda bond on the pan though. It seem's to be leaking ever so slightly. (not sure its because it hasn't hardend yet or what.) but my car seem's to Idle Pretty Ruff around 800Rpm, but it seems to run well while driving. I seem to only get that Minute leak when i rev High. to my understanding the Oil pan is under low pressure?? *shrugs* i'm going to jack it up agine tomorrow morning and see whats up. *sigh* this suckkkkss
