Hello All,

Just looking for some information. I need to know which of these seats bolt right into my 05 Civic LX Coupe and which will require modification (and how much).
The different seats I am looking at are RSX leathers, Acura EL Leathers, or EP3 suede seats. My biggest concern is front seats but I am also considering changing the rear. Those who have experience, please help me out with this. I have searched but found not definitive answers.

i believe all three types of seats you mentioned will fit with little to no modification. the rsx seats require one or two holes to be drilled in the seat frame to bolt it into the civic.

Any one else know about swapping these seats. Preferably someone who has done it.

Warpax, I recently installed a set of RSX Type S seats in my 05 LX. Granted mine have the hole from the airbag (didn't let that stop me) but I'm getting them redone. As far as modifications go: (this is how I did it) the 2 front factory seat bolts can be reused as well as the factory bolt closest to the door sill after you take a drimmel tool and shave that hole so it looks like an upside down U. The inner bolt closest to the console I installed 5 spacer washers as well as used a bolt that was a 1/4 inch longer to compensate to level the seats out on each side. As far as looks go, it's very clean.
