AEM V2 Intake Installed!

Well, I purchased the AEM V2 off of tirerack.com a few days ago and it arrived yesterday while I was at class. So, I came home to a nice cardboard box, and immediately ripped it open and started the install. Here are a few pics of the box and stuff, and the intake which is now installed! Needless to say, I love the sound haha! Also, I DO notice a slight difference in pull when I hit above 3k rpms.

Overall, the hardest part of the installation was getting the breather tube onto the engine part. But other than that it was cake!

This was installed on a 2002 Civic LX MT

very nice. I have a v2 as well. Take it to 6k, and you'll love the sound then, if you have not already done so. Enjoy your new toy.

Re: AEM V2 Intake Installed!

be carefull with the brace from the intake that mounts to the top of the motor somehow mine broke and AEM will not replace it. So i added an extra rubber tube to cover the dollar sized hole in the intake... BE CARE FULL and keep the receipt AEM won't do anything without the receipt!!
