Just purchased 2008 EX-L sedan, need a few parts

We just added another Honda to our family driving collection with an '08 Civic EX-L. I got it from a friend that purchased it new and it has been meticulously maintained. I feel like I stole it, but it is what he gave me for a price.

I need a few things for the interior. The pleather on the center armrest and drivers door armrest is bad. There is a 4-5" area on the door panel also bubbling out that will probably peel away in time. I don't understand why Honda did not use real leather in the armrests at least, come on...

I also need a driver side visor, it was damaged and will not fold and stay up. It hangs down in the viewing area all the time. I will remove it today to get it out of my sons view.

Any help to lead me to where to find these parts at is greatly appreciated.

Dark grey interior (black exterior)

Thanks in advance,
Mike

So... I started looking in places for these parts. I found the visor on Amazon and Ebay. Funny, the Ebay ad talks about replacing the visor that has split and wont stay up anymore. Exactly what has happened to mine. It must be a common problem.

Search this forum for "sunvisor"
I know I posted a pic of a simple nut and bolt fix in at least one thread

Thanks for that. Saved my $55 on the visor. 2 screws and it works just fine. In a place that you don't pay much attention to anyways also. I am shocked at Honda for continuing to have such horrid material and design.

I will continue to decide what to do for the armrests.

I just reupholstered my armrest using real leather that I ordered off Amazon. Paid $16 for a 10x20” piece of gray leather and attached it using brad nails (after removing the armrest assembly and pleather).
