I just bought a 2013 Civic that the front bumper was ripped off of. I didn't get the bumper in the purchase. where is a good place to source parts? Also on the driver side there is a black container right in front of the wheel. Can anyone shed some light on what that is.

Re: Need advice on parts

Just leave it that way..looks cooler.

Yep, those bumpers are hard to find..LOL: https://www.google.com/search?q=2013...w=1366&bih=619
Will need to get it painted.

Black plastic tank located at front driver's side might be the windshield washer reservoir but those are usually white in other generations.

Re: Need advice on parts

Local pick-a-part might be a host place.

If you want new Honda OEM, www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or www.Hondapartsunlimited.com is where I go most often

Re: Need advice on parts

Washer tank is on passengers side
Drivers side holds the resonance chamber for the intake breather.

That's what I figured it was, just wasn't sure because I've never taken off the bumper on anything but my 7thgen.

Re: Need advice on parts

OP can go to any of the online Honda dealership parts catalogs, it's listed as 'resonator chamber' plus whatever engine size it has.

Those wheels say it's a USA HF model
I don't think I've seen a 9th gen HF in my area at all

Re: Need advice on parts

You can easily purchase that bumper from ebay , amazon or on google in the shopping tab.

You'll be able to purchase it pre-painted or painted depends on what you prefer.

Also on a side note whos the chick inside the car lol
