06 Civic shakes when idle

My 06 Civic, 4 cyl, started to shake when idle. The air filter is clean. I'll check the spark plugs. When I first start it, it runs fine and smooth, but after about 10 minutes it shakes while sitting at a stop sign/red light. Its not bad, but I don't want to ignore it. The shaking only last a few seconds.

Does anyone have any ideas what it might be?

The idea is controlled by the engine control computer module. Could be a motor mount I have had to replace one, see the "06 EX Motor Mounts & eStore Honda" post using the search feature.

Re: 06 Civic shakes when idle

Is the CEL on?

have you recently replaced the battery or let the battery run dead?

Try an ecu idle reset.
"
1. disconnect battery OR remove FI-ECU fuse. Let sit for 15mins to make sure everything gets reset. Reconnect battery, or put back fuse.

2. Start car and let idle for about 10 mins, to make sure the car gets up to temperature. Do not press the gas at all.

3. Turn car off and then back on again. Go drive around.

Eventually the ecu will learn everything by driving for a couple hundred miles if you don't reset it." ~Gearbox.
