Possible Limp Mode?

So today I went out with a buddy to do some snow "drifting" in my 07 ex. While in the midst of fish-tailing down a straight road, I lost control and ended up backwards. Fearful of slamming a curb I did what most idiots to and lock up the brakes and forget about the clutch, stalling the car while sliding backwards. When I turned my car back on my engine light was on and my rev limiter stopped at 3500 rather than 7000-7200rpms. When I went to run my codes I turned the car back on and the refs were back to 7000 but the light is still on. Is this limp mode or something else.

My buddy's code reader wouldn't link to my car. But it fixed itself within an hour or two.
